Our current volunteers help us with:

  • writing planning documents
  • project management
  • promotion
  • fundraising
  • booking traders and caterers
  • booking entertainment
  • working with venues
  • booking cars and other
  • book keeping
• On the day:
  • marshalling traffic
  • putting up marquees
  • running stalls
  • running the stage
  • managing live sound
  • running raffle and tombola
  • keeping visitors safe and happy
